What this site collects
Last updated 21 October 2026.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type in: your name, your email address, what your enquiry is about (for example a discovery call request), optionally where you are in your career, and your message. We also record that you ticked the consent box.
Booking a discovery call
When you book a call we collect your name, your email address, any goals or message you choose to add, the time you picked and your time zone. The booking is stored in this site’s booking database and added to Joms’s Google Calendar, with you as an invited guest and, where available, a Google Meet link. We send you a confirmation email and notify Joms by email. A private link in your confirmation email lets you cancel the booking.
Booking records are kept only as long as needed to run and follow up on the call, and are then deleted.
Who handles your details
To run bookings and enquiries this site uses Google (Calendar and Meet), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and the booking database). They process your details on our behalf to provide those services.
How it is used
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and run your discovery call, and to confirm enrolment details and cohort dates if you go ahead.
What this site does not do
This site does not use advertising trackers or set tracking cookies. If a spam check is switched on for the form, the spam-check provider may receive technical details such as your IP address in order to run the check.
